About Us

African Community Integration Centre (ACIC) is a dynamic organisation which was setup in March 2005 by people from Africa who want to help and advise the target group to be integrated and settle into Glasgow’s multi-cultural society.

ACIC has 20 volunteers involved in our Management Committee, 17 people are African with different nationalities and 3 local citizens from Scotland. The Management Committee meet monthly to discuss issues affecting African People in Glasgow and provide information and support to members and volunteers

Although ACIC has a membership of 450 who live in different part of Glasgow. It is predicted that this number will continue to increase.

ACIC is working in partnership with different organisations to overcome barriers and access available resources.
